Klingenberg, 26.06.2025 (PresseBox) - The EU has adopted Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 (Cyber Resilience Act or CRA), which introduces new cybersecurity requirements for connected products, software and their remote data processing solutions. The CRA entered into force on December 10, 2024, and its main obligations will apply from December 11, 2027.

Lantech successfully implemented in their managed series OS2Pro and OS5 all requirements from the IEC62443-4-2 according the development processes of IEC62443-4-1. We are ready to support public transport - but not only - with the necessary infrastructure for resilient networks. We protect the data in the network with automatic OTP-mechanisms and encryption to ensure reliabilty and secure communication minimizing the risk for cyber attacks.
